Process automation

Reviews and AMC renewals after a job

Asks every customer for feedback after a job, turns happy ones into reviews, and keeps annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) renewed and their services on time.

What it does

An after-job automation for an AC and water purifier service business. After each job, the customer gets one question about the visit; a happy answer gets a review link, an unhappy one reaches the manager the same day. Customers on an annual maintenance contract (AMC) get their scheduled services booked automatically, for example an AC service every four months. Thirty days before an AMC expires, the renewal is offered with the service history and a payment link, and lapsed contracts get a final reminder.

The problem

Reviews came only from the few customers who remembered. AMC services were missed because nobody tracked due dates, and contracts quietly lapsed, even though renewals were the most reliable income the business had.

Approach

Service intervals and renewal dates come from each contract, not from memory. The renewal message shows what the customer got that year, which is what persuades people to renew. Unhappy feedback always goes to a person before any review is asked for.
