What it does
A role-based platform for an agency team with three parts that share sign-in, roles and data. Content operations covers the pipeline, calendar, publishing queue, tasks, approvals and reports. Ad Studio turns briefs into Meta and Google campaigns (it has its own build page under marketing agencies). AI Transcript Studio takes a long transcript, finds the moments worth a reel, and drafts reels, captions, posts, newsletters, carousels and SEO blogs from it.
The problem
Content teams plan, write, approve and publish across separate tools, so nobody can see where a piece is. Turning one long recording into a week of posts is slow, manual work.
Approach
One shared data model for projects, content items and tasks, with roles for admins, managers and team members. The AI studio runs as a tracked job with saved history, so every output can be reviewed before it moves on. A finished asset can go straight to Ad Studio as a campaign brief, so content and ads come from the same source.
