Process automation

Missed-call text back

Texts every missed caller within a minute, finds out what they need, wakes the on-call technician for emergencies and books the rest.

What it does

An automation for small trade businesses where the owner is often on a job. When a call is missed, the caller gets a WhatsApp or SMS within a minute asking what they need. The reply is read: emergencies such as a burst pipe or a sparking socket ring the on-call technician straight away; routine jobs get a booking link with the next slots; sales calls and spam are filtered out. The owner sees each conversation and can take over at any time.

The problem

Most missed callers never call back; they ring the next company on the list. For a small team, every missed call during a job was a lost job.

Approach

The text goes out fast and sounds like the business, not a robot. Emergency words and the time of day decide whether to wake someone. Nothing is quoted by text beyond the visit fee. Repeat callers are recognised, so a regular customer gets a personal reply.
