What it does
A patient-acquisition system for a specialty clinic: a fast website with treatment pages and an enquiry form, Instagram posts that offer a free guide or check-up, and DM flows that start when someone comments a keyword. Each lead gets the guide, two or three questions and a booking link, and lands in one lead list with where it came from.
The problem
The clinic posted regularly but couldn't tell which posts brought patients. Comments asking about prices went unanswered, and website enquiries sat in an inbox.
Approach
Posts are planned from what competing clinics' best posts already do, and the clinic approves each one. A comment keyword or a website form opens the same flow: send the guide, ask a few questions, offer slots. The front desk sees every lead with its source and takes over whenever a patient wants to talk to a person.
