What it does
A visit-booking automation for an agency. A buyer asks to see a home and gets three slots that fit the agent's calendar and the owner's rules. Occupied homes need the owner's yes first. Reminders go out the day before and two hours before with the map pin, and the buyer can move the visit in the same chat. After the visit, the buyer is asked what they thought and the agent gets the answer before calling.
The problem
Each visit took several calls between buyer, owner and agent, and about one in four buyers didn't turn up after a long drive.
Approach
Slots come from the agent's calendar and each owner's allowed hours, so nobody offers a time that won't work. Owners approve visits to occupied homes with one tap. Reminders carry the map pin and the agent's number. Feedback is summarised as interest and objections, which sets up the agent's follow-up call.
