What it does
Store builds for D2C brands, five so far, with catalogues of up to 60 products. Each starts from the brand's own product sheet: products, variants, prices and photos are cleaned and imported, product pages and SEO text are written, the theme is set up for phones first, and payments, shipping zones and policies are configured. The owner reviews the store page by page before it launches.
The problem
Small brands usually arrive with a spreadsheet, a folder of photos and a deadline. Doing the catalogue, copy and settings by hand takes weeks, and slow, half-finished stores lose most mobile shoppers.
Approach
The catalogue is cleaned with rules first: variant names, weights, prices and image links. AI drafts product descriptions and SEO text in the brand's voice, which the owner edits. Every store has a speed budget for mobile and a launch checklist covering payments, shipping, taxes, policies and test orders.
