Process automation

Recall and review requests after treatment

Brings patients back when their next check-up is due, and asks happy patients for a review while unhappy ones reach the clinic first.

What it does

An after-care automation for dental and eye clinics. Visit records show who is due for a six-month check, a follow-up or a yearly test, and each patient gets a short recall sequence until they book. After every visit, patients get one feedback question; a good answer gets a review link, a poor one goes to the clinic manager to call back.

The problem

Patients who don't book their next visit slowly drift to other clinics, and recall was a card in a drawer. Reviews only came from the few who remembered, and complaints first appeared online.

Approach

Recall rules come from the clinic's own treatment intervals, and the sequence stops as soon as a booking lands. The feedback reply is read for tone, so only happy patients are asked for a public review and every unhappy one reaches a person within a day.
