Lead form to client CRM routing

Sends every ad lead to the right person at the client within a minute, chases slow follow-ups, and feeds lead quality back to the ad platform so it finds more good leads.

What it does

A routing automation an agency runs for its clients. Leads from Meta and Google lead forms are checked for duplicates and fake numbers, then routed by the client's rules: branch by location, then round-robin between the reps on duty. The lead gets an instant WhatsApp message and the rep gets an alert. If no one calls within fifteen minutes, the branch manager is told. Reps mark each lead as qualified, not qualified or sold, and that outcome is sent back to Meta and Google so the campaigns optimise for real customers instead of form fills.

The problem

Leads sat in a spreadsheet or an inbox for hours, many were never called, and the ad platforms kept finding cheap leads that never bought because they only knew about form fills.

Approach

Routing rules belong to each client and are easy to change. Duplicates and invalid numbers are removed before a rep sees them. The response timer is visible to managers. Sending qualified and sold outcomes back to the ad platforms closes the loop, so the agency optimises for revenue, not lead volume.
