What it does
A lead pipeline for HVAC and plumbing companies. Leads come from the Google Business Profile (calls and messages), local service ads and Meta lead forms. Each one gets an instant reply that asks what is wrong, the address and how urgent it is. "No cooling", "water leaking" or "no hot water" is treated as an emergency and goes to the on-call technician; routine jobs get the next slots and the inspection fee up front. Leads outside the service area are politely declined. Estimates that aren't accepted get follow-ups, and every lead is tied back to the source that brought it.
The problem
Calls and form leads came in while technicians were on jobs, so many went unanswered for hours. Emergencies and routine enquiries were handled the same way, and the owner couldn't tell which ads paid for themselves.
Approach
Urgency words and the job type decide the path, so an emergency never waits in a queue. Service area is checked by pin code before anyone is dispatched. Prices are given as the inspection fee and a typical range, never a firm quote without a visit. The dispatcher confirms every booking, and each source's cost per booked job is reported weekly.
