What it does
A planning app for pharma field teams. It looks at each doctor's priority, last visit and clinic hours, groups the visits by area and orders them into a route for each day. The area manager reviews the week, moves or adds visits, and the plan goes to each rep's phone. Visits logged in the field flow back into next week's plan.
The problem
Reps plan visits from memory and spreadsheets. Priority doctors get missed, days zig-zag across town, and managers only see what happened after the month has closed.
Approach
Each week, doctor priority, visit history and timings become one score per doctor. Visits are grouped by area and ordered into routes, with clinic hours as hard limits. The area manager approves or edits every rep's week, and logged and missed visits feed the next plan.
