Process automation

Sales call notes to CRM

Records discovery calls, writes the summary and next steps, fills the CRM fields and drafts the follow-up email for the coach to check.

What it does

An automation for a coaching business that runs many discovery calls a week. Each recorded call is transcribed, summarised into goals, budget, objections and next steps, and mapped to CRM fields such as stage, deal value and follow-up date. The coach checks the summary, edits anything in one click, and the CRM and a follow-up email draft are updated from it.

The problem

After back-to-back calls, notes were written late or not at all, the CRM was always out of date, and follow-ups depended on memory.

Approach

The summary follows the same headings for every call, so the team can compare calls and coach the sales process. Field mapping only fills what was actually said, and leaves the rest empty. Nothing reaches the CRM or the client until the coach approves it.
